How it works
1. Discovery Conversation
Over a first complimentary call, you share the story behind your property, the details guests feel, remember and often share with others.
We examine how you currently collect guest emails and how you stay in touch before and after a stay. We also see where you may be missing opportunities.
Together we look at where thoughtful communication can deepen relationships with past guests, gently encourage them to return, and what will attract guests for the first time.
When you’re ready to start, we’ll review the time and financial investment and your current tech stack so that you’re ready to go for our our first session.
2. Monthly Sessions
Through guided conversations of 45-60 minutes you share the happenings and advances in the pillar areas of the people, the property, and the region.
Based on what you’ve shared, I create a collection of carefully developed subject themes so each letter arrives with purpose and feels naturally connected to the rhythm of your year.
You simply speak — I take care of the writing.
From the content from our sessions and with a command of your voice and the property’s spirit, I write a your Founder’s Letter.
You have 5 days for a round of edits, and then it is sent to your designated list.
Each letter helps guests stay connected to your property, strengthening familiarity and increasing the likelihood they return or recommend you to others.

24 letters over the course of 12 months
Alongside these core themes, we expand into more layered stories — exploring the people, rhythms, guest experiences, and evolving life of the property.
This allows for a deeper, more immersive narrative that builds familiarity, emotional connection, and lasting affinity over time.
